Life Arc is your personal life timeline. It lays out the markers of your life along a spine from birth to today and beyond, with lanes for different parts of life, the people in your kin group, your goals, and patterns you have noticed.
You can walk through it, add new moments, and bring in details from your FAM information.
To add a moment: open Add this to your life and record the event so it appears on your timeline.
To bring in family details: use Import from FAM and review the items before they are added.
To reflect: visit Your goals and What I have noticed to see patterns and plans over time.
Life Board maps your village by the role people play in your life rather than by family tree. The rows run from Your Elders and Who Raised You, to You, to Who You Are Raising, Chosen Kin, and Community.
It shows a live Two-Hour Number, candle markers for those who have passed, and guidance dots for Help, Hurt, Healing, and Healed. You can also keep a short guidance journal.
To build it out: place the people in your life into the rows that match the role they play, from elders through community.
To reflect: tap a person to open the guidance journal, mark whether the relationship is helping, hurting, healing, or healed, and add a note.
